ARTICLE GUIDELINES
THEME AND SUB-THEME
Theme: Arabic Language, Literature, and Culture: Between Historicity and Modernity
Sub-themes:
- Current studies in Arabic Linguistics (Phonology; morphology; syntax; semantic; sociolinguistics; and lexicology)
- Current studies in Arabic Literatures (Both classical and modern, including the poem, the prose, and the drama)
- Current studies in Arabic Culture (Traditional and modern Arabic societies; Arabic diasporas; Religion and the dynamics of Arabic society; Urban Arabic society)
- Current studies in Arabic Teaching (Current method in Arabic teaching both for native and non-native Arabic speakers)
- Arabic in intercultural perspective (Arabic among the other languages and cultures; Translation; and Creative Art)
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- The article should be written in Indonesian, English, or Arabic following the template
- The article must be scientific and follow the themes and sub-themes mentioned before
- The author can choose the format of publication of his article (e-book chapter or e-proceeding)
- Article’s length is about 10-15 pages (4,000 – 6,000 words)
- Every article published in the e-book chapter and e-proceeding must pass through a review process
- For the footnote the author should use The Chicago Manual of Style 17 th edition format. It is recommended to use Zotero as the reference manager.
- Writing Format
- First Part: Title; Author’s name; and Abstract
- Second Part: Introduction; Literature Review; Problems; Research Methods; Discussion; and Conclusion
- Third Part: References and Attachments (if any)
