The Directorate of Partnerships and Global Relations is opening opportunities for UGM students to join as part-time (paid program) in various interesting positions at the Office of International Affairs (OIA) UGM✨️

📌 Available Positions:

  1. Graphic Designer and Multimedia
    – Possess skills, expertise, and abilities in graphics and multimedia, accompanied by certificates of courses attended (e.g., photography, videography, journalism, computers, etc.);
    – Able to use social media; include the addresses/names of your social media accounts;
    – Proficient in MS Office and design applications (e.g., Adobe, Corel Draw, Canva, Figma, etc.) for media and social media content needs;
    – Possess a good sense of design and aesthetics in online content creation;
    – Possess photography/videography skills is a plus (include a portfolio);
    – Owning a laptop is preferred.
  2. Legal Drafter
    – Law students preferred;
    – Internship experience in contract reviewing/drafting in both Indonesian and English is preferred (certificates may be included);
    – Ability to understand cases and provide legal solutions/resolutions.
  3. International Network Coordinator
    – Preference will be given to students majoring in International Relations, Communication Studies, or English Literature/Language;
    – Experience in organizational leadership is preferred (certificates may be included);
    – Experience in international exposure, such as exchanges, conferences, etc., is preferred (certificates may be included).
  4. Mobility Support
    – Fluent in English (a valid English language competency certificate is required);
    – Skilled in data processing (e.g., Excel/spreadsheets) and presenting data in infographics.

📌 General Qualifications:

  • Active UGM students (at least in their sixth semester for undergraduate/diploma-level programs or second semester for postgraduate programs);
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 or higher (attach latest transcript);
  • Internship period from January to June 2026;
  • Minimum of 4 hours per day, 5 working days;
  • Not currently participating in Community Service Program (KKN) during the internship;
  • Must include a scan of their active student ID card;
  • Must include a CV and a recent color photograph;
  • Able to work in a team with a dynamic workload;
  • Must be detail-oriented, fast-paced, creative, innovative, and proactive;
  • Must have good communication skills, be confident, polite, and committed;
  • Must have international exposure experience: exchange programs, internships, conferences, short courses, competitions, etc., is an added advantage (attach certificates);
  • Preference is given to those not currently committed to a unit or organization within or outside of UGM.

📌 Important Dates:

  • Application acceptance period: December 1-7, 2025.
  • Administrative selection: December 8-14, 2025.
  • Applicants who pass the administrative selection will be invited for an interview between: December 15-19, 2025.
  • Announcement of accepted interns: December 22-31, 2025.
