Yogyakarta, August 11, 2025 — The Directorate of Research at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has officially announced the extension of its recruitment period for part-time student staff under the Period I of 2025.

Available Position:
Research Administrator

General Requirements:

  • Active UGM student with valid administrative status; at least in the 4th semester for Diploma (D3) students or 6th semester for Bachelor’s (S1) students; or a Postgraduate student.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

  • Able to work at least 4 hours/day for 5 working days.

  • Not currently enrolled in KKN-PPM, Internship, or Practical Work during the contract period.

  • Must obtain a recommendation letter from an Academic Advisor.

  • Possess relevant skills, competencies, and expertise required by the unit.

  • No record of criminal offenses or drug misuse.

  • Must be communicative, polite, responsible, patient, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

  • Able to work well in a team environment.

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong enthusiasm and accuracy in data processing and analysis.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as Google Slides, Docs, and Spreadsheets, including mastery of data processing formulas.

  • Able to design visuals using graphic design tools (minimum Canva).

  • Has prior published work (as author or co-author) in at least one of the following:
    a. Articles published in Scopus-indexed journals (or equivalent);
    b. Articles published in Sinta-accredited journals; or
    c. Papers published in Scopus-indexed proceedings (or equivalent).
